Jonathan is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team. He has experience across a wide range of corporate transactions, providing clear, commercially focused advice to businesses and investors.
Background and Expertise
Jonathan originally studied Biology at Liverpool John Moores University before converting to law, completing the GDL and LPC with an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Chester. He completed his training contract at Aaron & Partners, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024.
Jonathan advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, governance and restructuring. Alongside this, he has developed a particular specialism in intellectual property, with a focus on trademarks and design rights.
