Rachel has a wide variety of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity including leasehold and freehold properties including the purchase of Land.
Rachel also has acted in connection with high value property portfolio refinance and the transfer of properties to a Limited Company for tax reasons. The value of the portfolio was £11 million.
Rachel has also acted in connection with development finance for a newbuild site.
Rachel has acted for High Net Worth Individuals, Limited Companies, Internal Companies and PLCs, Pension Funds and Sport Personalities. Rachel has acted for several premiership footballers in connection with their multi million pound sales and purchases.
