It was not an easy decision to sell our business when we were approached, but once we had agreed, we knew we’d need high quality legal advice to see us over the line. I have worked with Hugh Strickland and Aaron & Partners for four years. Hugh was our legal advisor for four rounds of fund raising with venture capitalists and other investors.
