Biography

Phil acts for a broad range of construction stakeholders such as funding institutions, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and private clients.

On transactional matters, Phil regularly advises on building contracts (both industry standard and bespoke), development agreements, funding agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights, bonds and guarantees.

On the contentious side, Phil is regularly engaged on a wide range of dispute resolution procedures such as adjudication, arbitration, court proceedings and mediation as well as the enforcement of adjudication decisions within the high court.

Phil acts across a wide range of industry sectors including construction, energy, oil and gas, logistics, retail, leisure & hospitality, healthcare and the public sector.
