Background and Expertise
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2016 at Wirral-based law firm, Jackson Lees LLP. In October 2018, he joined Aaron & Partners and quickly became an integral part of the Wills, Trusts & Tax team.
Paul's area of expertise lies in non-contentious aspects of Wills, Trusts, and Tax, with a specific focus on Court of Protection matters, having gained valuable experience working for the Court Service, giving him unique insights into the legal system and an in-depth understanding of this complex type of work.
He is well-versed in dealing with the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) and the Court of Protection. Paul excels in handling a wide range of applications to the OPG and CoP, providing specialist guidance on sensitive matters such as the removal of incapacitated trustees, authorizing statutory dispositions, and addressing investigations into a Deputy or Attorney's conduct.
