Biography

Having returned to University as a mature student, Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and soon developed a keen interest in agricultural and property matters having worked for a number of years in a niche agricultural firm in Wales whilst undertaking her study and training.

Background & Expertise

Nicola has worked on a number of property litigation matters, including rights of way and boundary disputes involving the County Courts and Land Registry First Tier Tribunal, together with farming partnership and property ownership matters.

Nicola has advised both landlords and tenants in relation to Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancy matters and possession claims in respect to the Housing Act 1988 and the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.

Specialisations and Personal Achievements

Nicola was born into a farming family on the Montgomeryshire border and lives in Shrewsbury. She is also a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
