Biography
Natalie is an Associate solicitor in Dispute Resolution, who is experienced in providing legal advice on a variety of commercial disputes.
Background and Expertise:
Natalie graduated from the University of Chester with a 2.1 LLB (Honours) degree in Law and then from the University of Law with a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Natalie joined Aaron & Partners in February 2016 as a Paralegal in the Employment team and has since undertaken her full legal training with the firm. She completed her training contract in April 2020, choosing to qualify into the Dispute Resolution team. Natalie was further promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2022.
Specialisms and Personal Achievements:
Natalie has represented SME’s, businesses, charity clients and health organisations in shareholder disputes, property disputes, debt collections and breach of contract matters. Natalie has significant involvement handling professional negligence claims alongside general nuisance and negligence claims.
Ensuring the very best outcome for her client, Natalie understands the complexity of her cases quickly and efficiently and is mindful of the commercial implications that her clients may face. Often diffusing stressful situations by providing direct and clear advice, Natalie ensures her clients understand each step of the process from initial discussion to resolution.
Striving for continuous professional development, Natalie has gained the Higher Rights of Audience qualification, thus providing additional insight in relation to High Court matters. As a result of this, Natalie can represent clients in the High Court of England and Wales as a solicitor advocate, where necessary.
Recent Work Highlights
- A £1 million breach of contract case
- A large negligence case whereby a conveyancing solicitors failed to disclose information to the buyer.
- SRA v Sovani James – a highly publicised case of solicitor dishonesty, taken to the high court. Natalie assisted on this case during her time as a trainee.
