When acting for Insolvency Practitioners it is generally in the recovery of assets for the benefit of the insolvent estate.
When acting for creditors it is to ensure that their claim is lodged and to maximise the dividend return . When acting for creditors this is a free service.

Mark enjoys a national reputation and has been specialising in insolvency related matters for 35 years.

He is a full member of R3, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals and has recently been appointed as Vice-Chair of R3 North West region.
