Joshua is an Associate Solicitor within our Real Estate team who is experienced in handling a variety of complex legal matter types.
Background and Expertise
Joshua studied Law with Business Studies at Bangor University and was awarded a Drapers Scholarship. Joshua graduated in 2012 and went on to complete his training contract at a well-known firm in North Wales. Joshua qualified in 2016 and joined Aaron & Partners soon after.
In 2021, Joshua was promoted to Associate Solicitor and continues to develop his Real Estate services in both commercial and residential property matters.
Specialisms and Personal Achievements
Joshua’s diverse skill set means he has been able to assist with purchase of land for developments purposes and then subsequently sold the individual plots on the developers' behalf. He has also supported commercial and residential development clients in relation to new build properties.
His specialist practice areas include assisting clients with residential conveyancing matters and has extensive experience dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, predominantly acting for developers, charities and individuals.
Joshua has also been instructed by ecclesiastical bodies in relation to their sale and purchase of land. Ecclesiastical real estate work can be complex and subject to very specific requirements.
Joshua provides comprehensive legal advice in both Welsh and English languages. He understands his clients are more often working to tight deadlines and targets, and therefore ensures a smooth process from start to finish.
