Hannah qualified in 2018 and spent a number of years working in firms across Liverpool before joining Aaron & Partners in January 2025.
She is one of our employment law solicitors and is based in our Wirral office – though her links to Liverpool mean that her work sometimes takes her across the water.
Specialisations & Personal Achievements
Hannah advises clients on all aspects of employment law, contentious or otherwise – her work covers everything from TUPE regulations to complex discrimination matters. The latter is a key interest area for Hannah, who has significant experience in managing pregnancy discrimination cases.
Her typical workday is very varied and can include dealing with new enquiries, drafting contracts or policies and representing clients at tribunal. Hannah also handles settlement agreements, where the aim is to resolve disputes through mediation and negotiation rather than in open court.
Honest, reliable, and forward-thinking, Hannah is committed to providing effective, solution-driven legal advice and a truly personalised service for each client. She goes above and beyond for the individuals and organisations she represents, helping them to navigate the complicated legal landscape between the rights and responsibilities of employees and those of employers.
Hannah builds relationships with her clients, spending time getting to know them and helping them to properly understand their legal position. She quickly puts her clients at ease, sifting through all the legal jargon and explaining complex employment law issues in a more accessible way.
Hannah is passionate about legal education and works as a sessional tutor at Liverpool John Moores University. She is also an active member of Liverpool Law Society’s employment law sub-committee, attending meetings and consulting on proposed changes to practice and procedure.
