Bryony is a Solicitor in our Planning, Environmental, Energy and Regulatory (PEER) team, currently working out of our Chester office.

Background & Expertise

Bryony graduated from the University of Nottingham with an undergraduate degree in Law and a master's in Environmental Law. She then chose to continue her legal education, completing her Legal Practice Course with master’s at Nottingham Trent University.

Putting her academic knowledge into practice, Bryony went on to work in the legal team at the British Geological Survey in Nottingham.

Bryony joined Aaron & Partners in May 2021, moving to Chester to work as a paralegal in our PEER team. She then completed her training contract with us, coming full circle and qualifying into PEER in September 2023.

In her work as a solicitor, Bryony mostly deals with environmental and regulatory law matters; recently her focus has been on waste law.

Bryony has been named as a “recommended lawyer” in the Legal 500 guide for both 2024 and 2025 and has experience working on high-profile matters; she was involved in a planning case that went to the Supreme Court in July 2022.
