Background and Expertise
Alexandra qualified as a solicitor in 2018 at a national firm with an office in Manchester before going on to work at firms based in Chester and the Isle of Man. This gave her invaluable legal practice experience – experience that she now brings to her role of Senior Associate Solicitor here at Aaron & Partners.

Alexandra specialises in all non-contentious matters, including Wills, estate administration, trust administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She can advise on asset protection, inheritance tax mitigation and the protection of vulnerable beneficiaries.
Graduating from university with a first-class law degree, Alexandra started on the route to becoming a solicitor and was awarded a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course.
Alexandra is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having chosen to further her legal education and complete her STEP Diploma in 2021. She achieved a Distinction and was invited to attend the STEP Annual Dinner in recognition of her results.
Alexandra provides straightforward, practical advice – without the confusing legal jargon. She builds strong relationships with clients, supporting them through some of the most stressful and upsetting life events. She thrives when dealing with complex cases, facing the challenge head-on and finding focused solutions.
Recent Work Examples
- Preparation of a Will incorporating a charitable gift (to obtain a lower rate of inheritance tax), a gift of the Residential Nil Rate Band to descendants and a Discretionary Trust of Residue.
- Advised clients in relation to Stamp Duty Land Tax and whether the higher rate of tax would be applicable to a proposed property transaction following inheritance which included residential property.
