Adam Haines is reliable, practical and a real pleasure to work with. He did such a great job working with my HR colleagues that I was able to step out of most of the calls and discussions and trust that they were in good hands. The down side of that was that I missed working directly with him!

I have turned to Adam Haines for Employment Law advice for many years now. Throughout my career I have worked at a variety of large organisations from large FTSE, global companies to start ups and family backed businesses and during this time Adam has been a key advocate of mine. He has been a tremendous mentor, supporter and advisor in the wide variety of difficult circumstances I have encountered. He is commercially aware with a strong business sense that enables him to enable me to deliver cost effective and efficient solutions. Adam’s professional traits are accompanied by his personal and friendly nature, that neatly augments his undoubted legal knowledge and brings a very business savvy approach.

I was placed in an unbelievably difficult situation involving losses that extended far beyond that of my business. I reached out to Adam Haines to assist me based on a recommendation and his level of experience. Having been pressured by the other party into not seeking any external assistance at the threat of further damages, I felt helpless. Adam was totally re-assuring and helped bring clarity and calm to my situation, allowing us to think clearly and effectively to formulate a hard hitting and calculated response. Adam worked with me out of hours to prepare a plan of action resulting in a number of wins securing my current livelihood and preserving my future, my legacy and my pension. I cannot thank or recommend Adam enough for all that he has done for me.
Lynn Lock - Business Owner
Thank you Adam for providing clear and concise employment advice during these troubled pandemic times. My business has navigated the economic consequences of the virus and Brexit for the past twelve months and probably for the next. It has been reassuring that with so many other issues in the business, I have been able to trust you to guide us through the complicated employment law with such comprehensive professionalism. With so many pressures on cash it has also been a revelation to work with a lawyer who has considered the cost impact on our business, offering value for money and taking the time to understand our business. It’s so easy for professionals to make a feast out of the problems facing SME’s during such times. These are the times when long-term relationships built on trust are forged.
Paul Callan - Managing Director of Evans Group of Companies
I recently reached out to Adam Haines to help navigate me through a sensitive and hostile employment matter. My previous employers made the situation extremely difficult for me and planned to make me redundant, affecting my mental health and wellbeing in an already increasingly intimidating work environment. Adam instantly put me at ease. He was very open in his relationship with me, showing a completely professional yet personable and human demeanour. There was clearly a game to be played with my ex-employers and Adam’s approach and ‘game plan’ was powerful, direct and quick. He efficiently guided me away from an awful time in my career, whilst leaving me financially better off.
