Biography
Abigail is a Solicitor in our corporate and commercial team in Shrewsbury.
She qualified in 2022 and joined the firm in November 2023. Abigail is involved in a range of corporate transactions such as acquisition and sale of businesses and company restructuring.
Her work also involves EMI share options, terms and conditions and shareholder agreements.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
