We are looking for a Paralegal to join the WTT team in Chester to support with the management of taxable estates and trusts.
Previous experience of working as a Paralegal is ideal but not essential. However, you must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of tax and trusts. This may come from having a financial background.
You will have strong administration skills and the ability to provide the team with a high standard of support.
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service.
You will have the ability to manage your workload and have experience of working to deadlines. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time.

The team specialises in protecting the assets and wealth of high net worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.
Head of department, Clive Pointon, is an expert in the field, regularly speaking at seminars about making wills, mitigating inheritance tax and protecting assets. Clive is also a Notary Public and advises on international estates with contacts in many countries.

This position is based at our Chester office. This is a full-time position. Working hours are 09:00 to 5:30pm
