About the role

Aaron & Partners LLP currently have a vacancy within our expanding Restructuring & Insolvency team offering a rewarding working environment and great benefits.

The emphasis of the role will be on non-contentious insolvency; therefore it is desirable that you have experience of this.

As a Paralegal your role will include:

  • Working with lawyers to produce accurate legal documents and correspondence
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
  • Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly

You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients; ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service.

You will have the ability to manage your workload; managing a number of cases at any one time. You will also have an excellent eye for detail and the desire to get things right first time. 

You will have a willingness and aptitude in getting involved in the team/firm’s marketing and business development activities e.g. attending social and networking events (usually with colleagues).

The team has a reputation for excellence in its chosen field and is undergoing a period of significant growth, both in terms of income and team members. Days are busy and sometimes fast-paced but everyone is always respectful and friendly. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and a warm, positive outlook.
